Disobeying rules..When you're hungry.

He looked at her with a serious glance, hiding how much amused he really was: she had braveness, he couldn't deny it. "Miss Scarlett, if you're not guilty, you don't have to be afraid..." he was serious, but actually he was just teasing her: after all, he already cutted her earlier...

Megara looked at him, thinking about how mysterious he was. Her eyes glanced at him, looking away when he saw her checking him out. She took another bite from the cereal, looking at the bowl as she thought..He seemed to be amused at her at some parts, and sometimes he would put her in place. Which made her happy and then worried.

He continued to look at her without any expression, only after a while a snorted and rolled his eyes "For how long will you continue to eat? I'm pretty tired and i'd love to come back to my room..."

"I'm almost done." She then finished her bowl of cereal, looking for the sink. She walked to it and cleaned the bowl, looking at him and shrugged. Showing him she was done, "Thanks for letting me eat.."

"Don't get used to it: i'm not that gentle in general" He replied shrugging, still with the same neutral expression. For a moment it could seem like he had smiled, an amused smile, but maybe it was only an impression...

Megara nodded, "I won't, promise." She looked at him, waiting kinda to see what would his next command be, "What time are we going to wake up?"

Anya stepped out of the secret passage into what seemed to be the inside of a cupboard, she paused for a while when she heard voices... Cale! And, a woman... Miss Scarlett? Undecided how she was going to leave the cupboard without either of them noticing, she tried opening it a crack, to see how she could make it look like she had just walked in the kitchen. Luckilly, the cupboard was right next to the door and both of them had their backs to her. Quickly and quietly she slipped out and re-entered.
"Cale?" She asked, still slightly puzzled as to why he was here with a prostitute.

"Wake up, you're free to choose... but you won't leave your rooms until me and the inspector Violet will allow you to do it." he replied listlessly to her question, turning and gesturing toward the door in a silent order to go. He didn't notice Anya until she called his name: he could deny it, but to not notice her he had to be really tired. He turned toward her with a surprised expression and hardly resisted to the impulse to smile to her: he prefered to not show his feeling toward her in front of suspects. "Anya!" he couldn't help but exclaim walking toward her "I thought that you were sleeping..." he was just honestly interested only in her sleep: the fact that maybe be found at that hour with a prostitute after have left her wasn't actually a problem in his mind...

Megara nodded, "If that's okay then-!" She turned when she heard someone call out a name. She smirked, seeing Inspector Blue react to it, "So that's your name, Mr. Cale?" Megara giggled, "It's a nice name." She turned and looked at the other Inspector whose name was Anya, "So your name is Anya, a beautiful name may I add." Megara smiled, finishing up the dishes. She turned to Cale, "I'll see you later, Mr. Cale.." She looked at Anya, "I'll see you also later, maybe." Megara walked out of the kitchen, frowning as she left.

"Inspector.. how about you escort Miss Scarlett back to her room and then return to our own?" Anya's voice was indifferent, but in reality, she wanted to speak to him about why on earth he was sneaking off in the early hours of the morning from their bed to see a prostitute. She loved him and trusted him with all her heart, but an edge of doubt had slipped into her mind, she was more intrigued by these particular circumstances. "And I was asleep but woke up when I felt you weren't there anymore," She couldn't help but smile at him then.

Cale closed his eyes, breathed and re-opened them: he hated show how much intimity there was between him and Anya. It wasn't that he was ashamed of this, of course not: it was just that he was even too jealous of her... and it was always something that the suspects could use against them... But now it was too late to deny it. He just gave a bad glance to Scarlett: she couldn't dare to call him by name, but now it wasn't a priority. Instead of return Scarlett to her room, he made some steps out of the kitchen, called one of the police and asked to him to return her, then he came back to Anya. "You missed me that much?" he asked teasing her with a smile, approaching her and bringing her face in his hand, caressing her cheeks and starting to approach her lips...

"Cale..." Anya didn't pull away as such, she did trust him, she just wanted to feel 100% certain. "Why did you sneak off to meet Miss Scarlett, the prostitute in the early hours of the morning?" She repeated her thoughts aloud and showed her own jealous side a little as she looked up at him with big blue eyes.

Cale couldn't help but laugh a bit and give her a short, passionate kiss on the lips "I love when you're so jealous..." he whispered then in her ear, teasing her again. He tought to make her wait still a bit for the reply, but in the end he decided to answer "I was just thirsty, i came to the kitchen and i found her. She was searching for food, i could punish her and kick her away, or let her eat and the return her to her room. I was in a good mood-he said with a smirk- and i've decided to choose the second option: did i choose wrong?"

Anya smiled and couldn't help but feel a little relieved. "No, you didn't choose wrong." She said looking up at him once more, much differently than before, she was truly in love with this man. Taking his hand in hers, she headed towards the door. "You coming Inspector?" She winked jokingly. This was a much different Anya to the one she had been with Miss Scarlett, she could now relax. Relax, and enjoy her fiancee's company.

He smiled back at her, relaxed. A real smile, only for her: actually she was the only one to whom he smiled for real. When she took his hand he tightened it, and when she moved toward the doors he just pulled her back in his arms "Why so hurry?" he asked jokingly

"I would like to get a few hours sleep before resuming the questioning and everything tomorrow morning," Anya smiled and laughed a little, gesturning to the clock. It was 5am and she hadn't slept much all night, she felt really drowsy and rather tired. "Is that alright with you Inspector?" She winked again, she was enjoying their playful conversation.

He shrugged like he didn't care and let her go "Oh, ok... what a pity, it means that i'll go to the whore, after all... what was her room?" he asked like he was serious, approaching the door, but once again he was just joking... and to Anya it had to be clear

Anya laughed, "Fine Mr Cale, if that is what you desire, go along and visit Miss Scarlett, but you will not be sleeping in my bed ever again if you do!" She shrugged and strolled past him, out into the doorway. "Your choice." She hid her smile, their joking antics did amuse her so and she instantly held out her hand, knowing he would now take it and most likely follow her upstairs.

He looked at her crossing his arms, trying to seem angry but he couldn't help but smile amused. When she handed her hand, he shaked her head raising his eyes in an expression that sounded like a 'what have i to do with you?'. It seemed like he really wanted to let her go alone... but then suddenly, after a while, he approached fastly her and pick her up in his arms, starting to move in the corridor, after all, if now their relationship wasn't a secret anymore, he didn't need to hide it too much... and however probably he wouldn't find other suspecteds in the corridor... "Well, i can even avoid to sleep..." he replied winking

Anya laughed as Cale headed up the stairs with her in his arms, she almost fell asleep there and then, she was so tired and his arms around her felt so safe and warm... She kept her eyes open though and hung onto him tightly til they reached the bedroom once more.
