Odette walked away from the study and just kept walking froward, with no destination in mind.
She knew she wouldn't be able to sleep for the time being, so she decided to walk around the house until she felt she could.
Odette's fingers lightly grazed the wall beside her as she walked. She paused at a window and looked out to see a full moon shining. It gave the grounds an eerie look, that usually she would be entranced by....
But not on this night...
She shivered, before moving on.
Her thoughts went back to Inspector Violet and smiled a little when she recalled seeing the blush on her cheeks when she almost said "Odette" instead of "Mrs. Peacock."
She shook her head, then began to hum a little.
In the back of her mind she knew it was actually unwise to be alone...
